Insurance Coverage

We are in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and others. Please note, each individual plan and coverage can vary. Being in network does not necessarily mean your policy covers acupuncture. Therefore, Insurance must be verified before your appointment.  We do not take Medicare.

In order to verify your insurance, please EMAIL a copy of the front and back of your insurance card with your date of birth (easiest is to just take a picture with your phone). We can then check your coverage in regards to acupuncture.

You can also use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending to pay for acupuncture.

Otherwise, out of pocket office visit rates are as follows:

• $145+ Initial Acupuncture Session

• $122 + Follow up Acupuncture Session

• $300+ Herbal consult (online)

• $100 + follow up herbal consult (online)

Payment , copay, coinsurance and deductibles must be rendered at time of service. We accept cash, check, credit card, PayPal and Venmo.

If you miss or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $60.
